From harvest to production, our products are carefully monitored according to the regulations set forth by the ECO-CERT organization.

All farms belonging to Fermes Ali Sfar adopted the method of organic farming in 1970, and were certified by ECO-CERT in 2010.

Fermes Ali Sfar was able to obtain organic certification with no period of transition due to the long standing tradition of organic farming, and crop rotation established upon its purchase 40 years prior to its certification date.

In France in 2013, Tesoro Del Rio attained the “Diplôme Gourmet” in the category “Fruity, Green, Intense” which solidifies its position as one of the most distinguished, artisanal extra-virgin olive oils crafted in the modern world.
